I just experienced one of the most frustrating things one can do with technology - create a new blog. It should be such a simple task, yet when the connection gets lost or entries are not validated, then it is extremely cumbersome. I hope that this becomes easier as I get used to posting, creating, uploading, and the like.
Hi, Sandra,
ReplyDeleteI feel your frustration. It took quite a few attempts to get the sign on procedure down correctly before I could access the blog smoothly.
Welcome to the world of technology.
Jim
My blog by the way is http://linnetstech.blogspot.com
Of course it's frustrating. We're learning by doing, one click at a time. Now we know how our students feel when we give them a new and unheard of lesson. Makes me more sensitive to how I'm getting the point across to them.
ReplyDeleteHa, I had similar experiences, too. I would change a preference, decide I didn't like it, but then couldn't remember how to get back to it! I hope it gets easier!
ReplyDeleteHere's my blog if you want to check it out: http://technologythatguideslearning.wordpress.com/
Okay, thanks for the encouraging words and shared experiences. I was surfing (if that is the correct terminology for it) the various blogs that my classmates created and wanted to post comments on them. My difficulty was that each time I attempted to do so, I was taken to a different page that had nothing whatsoever to do with their blog. Additionally, I added myself to their subscribe list and now cannot find where the link went. Obviously, I have a great deal to learn and am experiencing growing pains. Sandra
